Asian Turkey Burgers with Thai Peanut Noodles


These Asian-Style Turkey Burgers are so flavorful and easy to make.  I paired them with my classic Thai Peanut Noodles.

These are so good and come together very quickly as long as you have everything on hand. They are from Cooking Light too - so no guilt! 

1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon cold water
2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Cooking Spray
4 burger buns

Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl.  Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4 inch patty. Cook in a skillet that is coated with cooking spray or grill, 5 minutes on each side.
